Richard (Dick)
Simmonds
(President) |
Dick Simmonds is the founder and President of Bi-Tron Marketing (N.A.) Ltd ("Bi-Tron"). Dick has had a diverse career in law and business, extending over more than 30 years.
Earlier in his career, Dick practiced as a lawyer and Senior Partner in the largest law firm in a major suburb of Vancouver, British Columbia. His career has included being the founder and president of a national franchise company, with offices across Canada; the president of a private real estate development company, with assets in five southwest U.S. states; and vice-president of a private financial services company. He has also consulted to a number of companies, both public and private, specializing in finance and business development, including companies in the network distribution business.
He obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Economics and Commerce) from Simon Fraser University in 1969 and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of British Columbia in 1972. |

Mark St.John Wright

Mark is the Chief Operating Officer of Bi-Tron Marketing (N.A.) Ltd. ("Bi-Tron"). Mark has worked as a research chemist for a Fortune 500 company, a management consultant for one of the 'big five' global accounting firms and has extensive experience in the manufacturing, automotive aftermarket, transportation, logistics and e-commerce industries. His experience in the network distribution field includes taking a previous enterprise from start up to $50 million annually within 36 months.
Mark has a chemistry degree with honours from the University of Manchester’s Institute of Science and Technology, and an MBA from one of the UK’s most prestigious institutions, Durham University’s Business School.
Mark’s broad experience will ensure smooth growth and an integrated supply chain. He is committed to providing a culture of enthusiastic professionalism and integrity throughout the corporation; to strive to continuously excel and improve, and to deliver unsurpassed quality of service. |

James English
M.I.M., B.S.M.Eng.

James English has been working in the American automotive industry for over 35 years. He worked as a senior field Engineer for GM and has worked with just about every major Western Government with respect to their automotive programs.
He established the microwave system for the French Aerospace Agency with the U.S. government, which took him in front of Congress to promote what later became the On-Star program.
Jim sat on the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) Motor Vehicle Council with many CEOs of the major automotive companies. In 1992 the SAE asked Jim to develop an aftermarket division. He served as the Director of this division for two terms (a total of 6 years) and still plays an active role in guiding policy. The division and its committees developed the processes and procedures designed to ensure consumer safety and satisfaction within the massive industry that is the automotive aftermarket.
Jim has given considerable input to the ongoing development of Bi-Tron and remains committed to ensure that our products, present and future, remain at the forefront of all lubrication and fuel combustion technologies.
